Synopsis
The Yamal Peninsula in the heart of the Arctic is the world’s largest gas producing area, and the source of 85% of Russia’s natural gas. But it is also the home of the Nenets people, who have been migrating from the north to the south of the peninsula for more than 200 generations. Can the two co-exist, or will greed and industrialisation mean extinction for the last Siberian migration route?
